Abstract

This paper firstly constructed an initial customer satisfaction index model of mobile phone video based on the study of classic customer satisfaction index model and the characteristics of mobile phone video. The customer satisfaction evaluation indicator system of mobile phone video and the questionnaire were designed. Then we conducted a survey, and used AMOS software to analyze the sample data quantitatively. Then taking a video client as an example, we analyzed variables that affect mobile phone video service satisfaction and their relationship. Along with this, we revised the customer satisfaction index model in order to adapt to mobile phone video service context, and proposed some advice to improve the customer satisfaction of mobile phone video. We hope the research can provide some experiences for the study of mobile service.
