Abstract
important difference (MCID) on at least one of 19 objective measures (e.g. Timed Up-and-Go). Results: Participants mean age was 61.7 (12.7) years, and were 45% female. Subjects attended 9.3(1.7) visits and traveled 11.3(6.6) miles to clinic. Mean CCI score was 5.8(2.4); mean FIM score was 13.4(5.1). Subjects took a mean 7.7(5.4) medications, were 7.9(10.1) years post. Frequency of achieving MDC/MCID was 69.7%. Variables associated with achieving MDC/MCID were CCI (OR 1.06 (1.01, 1.11), pZ0.02) and number of visits (OR 1.04 (1.01, 1.08), pZ0.02). Conclusions: A weekly student run clinic was associated with achieving MDC or MCID in patients with chronic stroke, MS or TBI.
