Abstract
In this work was investigated the possibility of realization of severe plastic deformation process using continuous constrained bending with a small relative bending radius R <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">b</inf> /T≤1 in trapezoidal calibres (CCB Conform 3R2D), realized with the help of two rolls and a bending roller. Two variant solutions of the CCB3TR process with a bending roller above and below the axis of the rolls are analysed with respect to the accumulated strains in the individual stages of the process. The distribution of the values of the workability parameter ß <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">intσ</inf> by SPD is determined in the cross section of the deformed work-piece during successive passage through the two deformation zones.
