Abstract
In Richmond v. Huq , 872 F.3d 355 (6th Cir. 2017), the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit considered whether summary judgment for the defendants was appropriate in a case alleging that the psychiatric care provided to the plaintiff in jail amounted to cruel and unusual punishment.
