Abstract
Based on the analysis of the Colombian Constitutional Court’s jurisprudence examining the transitional justice measures adopted by the Colombian government since the early 1990s, this chapter evaluates three decades of judicial review of peace agreements in Colombia. The chapter examines the different roles that the Constitutional Court has played in adapting to the changing challenges of each peace process and assesses the achievements and pitfalls of judicial review in contexts of political transition.
