Abstract

Objective: This paper aims to discover the fundamental law's potential to protect individual rights in constitutional guarantees in Jordanian legislation.
 
 Method: The deductive legal approach was used, where data was collected by extrapolating general budget reports in Jordanian legislation related to constitutional guarantees, in order to reach the results.
 
 Result: The results showed that is that Jordan's law is the most advanced in the Arab world and that it is a constitutional monarchy that is an independent Arab sovereign state. Also, It has also been deduced from goal two that the Jordanian constitution prohibits discrimination against persons residing in the country or individuals of the country, i.e. Jordanians.
 
 Conclusion: As a result, Jordan's constitution has to be updated in order for there to be no discrimination among individuals, regardless of whatever countries they belong to and reside in.
