Abstract

The article deals with constitutional and legal regulation of the use of languages in activities of government bodies and local authorities of the Russian Federation and Estonia. The article conducted the detailed analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and Estonia. It is shown that special attention from the state paid to the use of languages in activities of state authorities and local self-government. This problem is studied not enough and requires further research.
