Abstract
The article discusses a controversial issue related to the digitalization of the domestic legal system, the interconnectedness of law and economics in the conditions of digitalization. The author explores how the digitalization of the economic sphere will affect the functioning of the legal system as a whole and its individual components. The process of regulation of digital legal relations in the plane of constitutional and legal regulation is considered.
