Abstract

The formation of complexes with nanomarkers of the fluorescein family and BSA in aqueous solutions is studied and its constants are determined. Three different models are plotted to interpret the experimental data. The effect of saturating a complex of nanomarkers and BSA, the presence of negative cooperativity in complexation, and the dependence of complexation on the mutual combination of the values of electrostatic charges on the protein and nanomarkers are found and explained using these models. The parameter of nanomarker affinity toward BSA during complexation is calculated.
