Abstract
The respiratory function of 19 cases of Hodgkin's disease treated by chemo-radiotherapy has been prospectively assessed: one year at least after treatment, a deterioration of the respiratory tests has been demonstrated in patients receiving a mantle field irradiation with a ratio mediastinum field width/thoracic width at T6 > or = 0.4.
