Abstract
The study specifically seeks to find out the consistency in the occupational choice pattern of counseledand uncounseled students and the influence of gender on occupational preferences of counseled anduncounseled students.Research HypothesesThe following hypotheses were posed in order to help investigate into the consistency of occupationalchoice between counseled and uncounseled students.1. There is no significant difference in consistency in the occupational choice pattern of counseled anduncounseled students.2. Gender has no significant influence on the occupational preferences of counseled and uncounseledstudents.
