The Spanish version of this paper can be found at: http://ssrn.com/abstract=2610879This article has the main intention to present some comments concerning the new changes in the Argentinean Civil Code, which is going to be in activity this year (2015), in terms of promoting citizenship and engagement of youngsters to the world of job opportunities, effective participation in the task force market and increasing responsibility concerned to humans, specially in relation with a conscious attitude directed to the exercise of social life in terms of rights and obligations, in both perspectives, national and international, mainly in the countries joined in the MERCOSUR.
