Abstract
In 1999,Zhongshan City Peoples Hospital started to recruited post-doctoral.And a set of management system and a flexible operational mechanism were established which suited to the actual situation of our hospital.During the period of practice we made some post-doctoral training experiences and put forward some suggestions of improvement of the quality of post-doctoral training from the management point of view in this paper.
