Abstract

Most complaints brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act get settled. Perhaps the number‐one reason for settlement of discrimination cases is the right of a plaintiff to recover attorney's fees. This article looks at the attorney's fees provisions under the ADA and Section 504.
