Abstract

Experts in nonprofit management have long hailed the benefits of establishing term limits for nonprofit boards. From bringing in fresh perspectives and younger members, to heading off the concentration of power among a small group of long‐serving directors, term limits are largely encouraged among strategists and consultants in the field.
