ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — When students enroll in in‐person programs, it might seem like common sense that they will attend. But how many absences does it take to make a fundamental alteration to a program? How can you reasonably accommodate students who have disabilities that might sometimes make it impossible for them to get to class — or for whom class attendance might sometimes make their condition worse?
