Abstract

Background: Cervical chylous fistula is an uncommon complication after neck dissection. Persistent chyle loss leads to electrolyte disturbance, hypovolemia, hypoalbuminemia, coagulopathy, immunosuppression, chylothorax, even wound infection and local skin breakdown. Both conservative and surgery treatment are effective way.
