Abstract

Crown root fracture is a relatively common traumatic injury to the teeth. If the fracture causes exposure of pulp, it is then defined as crown root fracture, Various treatment modalities have been advocated for the management of such fractures. The present case reports describe reattachment of tooth fragment and the forced eruption as successful treatment modalities in management of complicated oblique crown root fractures. The final result is conservative, esthetically acceptable and low cost alternative to other techniques.
