Abstract

The results of theoretical studies of consecutive processes of self-frequency conversion in a Q-switched regime are presented. A scheme consisting of a periodically poled active nonlinear crystal and modulator located in the cavity is analyzed. The time dynamics and energy characteristics of radiation at consecutive processes of self-frequency tripling and parametric self-frequency conversion are calculated using numerical methods. Parameters of cavity, pump, and Q switching corresponding to maximum powers of radiation are found.
