Abstract
Most scientists look at evolution from a materialist point of view. Now that we have found plenty of evidence for, and good theory to corroborate, the idea that consciousness intervenes in biological evolution, we must recognize that the materialist ideas that matter evolves so that life can emerge, and life evolves so that mind and consciousness can emerge are themselves wrong. How should we look at evolution from the point of view of a consciousness-based science?
