Abstract
This research was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the progression of occupational diseases and evaluating the phenomenon of occupational morbidity in Arad County during the 2010-2013 timeframe. The records of D.S.P. Arad were processed for the timeframe of reference by comparing them to those existing at the national level, and the results were shown in tables and charts to establish the dynamic of occupational diseases and their incidence for ‰ workers. In conclusion, there is an evident need to streamline medical and organizational measures in the detailed knowledge of the causes that generate the occurrence and development of occupational diseases, as well as to prevent the occurrence of new cases of occupational disease.

Summary
Dinamica bolilor profesionale la nivelul judeţului Arad în perioada anilor 2010-2013. Prezenta cercetare se doreşte a fi un modest studiu epidemiologic al bolilor profesionale înregistrate şi declarate la nivelul judeţului Arad în perioada anilor 2010-2013. În acest scop s-a realizat: analiza şi evaluarea fenomenului morbidităţii profesionale; stabilirea evoluţiei bolilor profesionale în respectiva perioadă; evidenţierea vechimii în muncă şi a profesiilor determinante ale bolilor profesionale; diagnosticarea bolilor profesionale declarate; cunoaşterea amănunţită a cauzelor care au generat apariţia şi dezvoltarea lor. Datele obţinute s-au comparat cu cele existente la nivel naţional, pentru a obţine incidenţa bolilor profesionale la ‰ de lucrători. Impactul studiului constă în cunoaşterea amănunţită a cauzelor care au generat apariţia şi dezvoltarea bolilor profesionale, cât şi eficientizarea măsurilor medicale şi organizatorice în eradicarea apariţiei de noi cazuri de boală profesională
