Abstract
Based on the connotation analysis of the reservoir sustainable utilization and the fundamental framework confirmation of the evaluation index system, the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the reservoir sustainable utilization are proposed. In this paper, the evaluation index system is composed of fifteen relative evaluation indexes, which are chose to evaluate the reservoir status from four main aspects including flood control security, water impounding and supply, health status, sound management respectively. According to the system hierarchy, the multi-objective and multilevel fuzzy optimization model is adopted. Taking twenty-four wide reservoirs in Guangdong as the example, the status of their sustainable utilization is evaluated, compared and sorted with the above evaluation index system and evaluation model. Results show that the evaluation index system and evaluation model are reasonable and feasible, and they can truly reflect the status of each reservoir sustainable utilization.
