Connective tissue diseases (CTD) are a diverse group of systemic disorders characterized by autoimmune-mediated organ damage. Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is an extra-articular complication that is seen commonly in many CTDs and, if left untreated, can lead to significant morbidity and death.1,2
