Abstract

Benefiting from the change in people’s lifestyles and the intensification of global aging, personal health management has gradually become a trend. The emergence of the epidemic has objectively accelerated the online development and popularization of the health management platform. Existing studies in related fields still focus on the provision of some functions and the behaviour patterns of individual participants. However, there is still a gap in the research on constructing a complete health management platform and the dynamic interactive relationship between platform participants. At the same time, there is also a lack of widely recognized and used products in the market. This paper puts forward a theoretical model of a health management platform based on literature review and interactive ritual theory. Combined with the case analysis of the existing health management platform products, this paper further puts forward an ideal construction paradigm of a health management platform. Finally, this paper expounds on the interactive relationship between the prominent participants in health management and analyzes its full cycle support. This paper hopes to supplement the existing health management platform research and provide a reference for enterprises in related fields.
