Abstract

In 2020, it was forecast that the global medical aesthetic industry would grow at 14.9% CAGR (compound annual growth rate) and be worth $22.5 billion by the end of 2025 (Medical Insight Inc., 2021a). Within the total addressable aesthetics market, millennials represent the largest consumer group with full purchasing power, as well as the only generation expected to gain market share through 2025 (Medical Insight Inc., 2021b). This article discusses effective strategies aesthetic nurses can implement to connect with, convert, and build lifetime trust with the modern millennial patient, and to help fuel the growth and sustainability of the modern cash-pay aesthetic practice.
