Abstract
Remote blood pressure (BP) monitoring in pregnancy leverages advances in mobile health, potentially offering effective identification of evolving pregnancy complications while decreasing the burden of an intensive perinatal visit regimen. Postnatal home BP assessment has improved adherence to monitoring at-risk patients. We sought to compare maternal and neonatal outcomes in patients who used a modified prenatal care regimen plus remote BP assessment tool to patients who received standard prenatal care.
