Abstract
Three cases of congenital tuberculosis are presented, 2 being in twins. The cases fulfil the criteria of Beitzke for the diagnosis of congenital tuberculosis. In Case 1 the route of the intra-uterine infection was by aspiration, in the other 2 cases either by aspiration or through the blood stream.
