The case reported herein demonstrates a clinical course of congestive heart failure in infancy, followed by progressive improvement. It outlines the diagnosis of the aneurysm and fistula by cardiac catheterization and angiography and by two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler techniques including color Doppler.
