Abstract
A case of a child born with an aberrant, cutaneous Stensen's (parotid) duct orifice and ipsilateral preauricular skin tags is reported. This congenital anomaly has been repotted in the medical literature only once previously. Possible explanations for pathogenesis of this unusual anomaly are discussed and a simple method of surgical correction is described
