Abstract
Any chronological spacetime V with a complete timelike conformal-Killing field (with monotonic conformal factor) admits a global conformal change of metric for which the conformal-Killing field is truly Killing. Furthermore, V is (globally) a principle line bundle over a manifold Q (the space of Killing orbits), and V is diffeomorphic to R1*Q.
