Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the conflict management effectiveness degree of educational school principals at Jerusalem district and its relationship to teachers’ morale. The study sample consisted of (384) school teachers selected using stratified random method. To achieve the study objectives. The correlational descriptive methodology was used. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The study showed that the degree of conflict management effectiveness among the principals of education schools in Jerusalem district from teachers’ point of view was moderate. It also showed that the degree of morale of teachers from their point of view was moderate. The study revealed a positive significant correlation between the degree of conflict management effectiveness among the school principals and the degree of morale of teachers in the education schools in Jerusalem district.
