Abstract

Interpersonal conflict over job-related issues can pose a significant threat to the quality of special education and regular education. Several topics relating to the involvement of special services providers (SSPs) involved in addressing conflict within schools and related settings are considered in this article. Issues about assistance provided by these professionals in conflict management receive major attention.
