Abstract
Findings during fluorophotometry studies of the normal human vitreous are described. The major landmarks are presented and a system of significant fluorophotometric variables is proposed. Use of this approach should optimize the evaluation of fluorophotometry data and maximize the information obtained concerning the status of the blood retinal barrier.
