Abstract

Ab initio level-by-level calculations of the dielectronic recombination (DR) rate coefficients for Co-like Xe ion are performed based on Cowan’s quasi-relativistic multi-configuration Hatree–Fock code. Intermediate autoionization energy levels belonging to Ni-like (3s23p63d10)−24l4l′ complex are included in our calculation. Configuration interaction effect on the DR rate is discussed.
