Abstract

In July 2018, the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law hosted its annual Rust Conference. The participants from more than 40 countries discussed recent developments in respect of tax treaty arbitration, which was the topic of the conference. This article summarizes the main discussions during the conference and provides an overview of their outcomes.
