Abstract

ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) conjoint presentation are alarming, necessitating a multidisciplinary approach and diligent management. Herewith we report a case of a 45-year-old male with Inferior STEMI and an ICH, highlighting the pathophysiology and complexity of this conundrum and reinforcing the need for further futuristic research in a more structured algorithmic guideline.
