Abstract
AbstractThis chapter highlights the discursive and institutional changes captured within the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), particularly in the policy field of organic farming, by the discursive institutional approach. It then offers conclusions on the conditions for, and dynamics of, institutional change within the CAP. Finally, the discussion turns to the virtues and limitations of the discursive institutional approach in capturing and conceptualizing institutional and ideational change.
