Abstract
AbstractIn the context of today’s globalized world, educators need to re-conceptualize the notion of transcultural and trans-lingual literacy. In the present book, I address the much-neglected question of how to analyze the linguistic and cultural distinctness of contact literature, looking at the dynamics of how the meaning-making process operates, with special reference to Anglo-Arab and Arab-American fiction in English.
