AbstractThe Conclusion stresses that film is a vital means that can combine action with compassion to liberate farmed animals. To underline this, about fifty quotations are given in five categories from the thirty-four animal rights films discussed in earlier chapters and that tie up with the Farmed Animal Rights Manifesto for Film: animal rights—not welfare; sentience and suffering of individuals; humans—base behaviour; humans—activism and decency; film for change.
