Abstract

AbstractBased on the systematic geological, petrological, deformational, metamorphic, geochronological, and whole-rock and zircon geochemical and isotopic studies on the Archean lithological assemblages of the K-rich granitoid belt in the southern Eastern Hebei-Western Liaoning Provinces, the spatial and temporal relationships, deformational characteristics, and petrogenesis of each late Neoarchean lithological assemblage are summarized in this chapter. Accordingly, the Archean crustal growth and late Neoarchean tectonic setting and geodynamic evolutionary model of the K-rich granitoid belt, as well as the K enrichment processes in late Archean K-rich granitoids, are established.KeywordsLate Neoarchean K-rich granitoid beltDeformational featuresPetrogenesisCrustal growthTectonic setting and geodynamic evolutionary modelK enrichment processes
