Abstract
Based on the earlier obtained results pertaining to the investigation of filtration cooling of a heat-releasing granular bed in the presence of a first-order phase transition under the conditions of forced convection, simulation of the process in the presence of free convection of heat carrier was made. An interpolation relation for calculating the minimum value of heat release has been obtained.
