Abstract
State Party has obligations to respect, protect and fulfill the international human rights. Enforced Disappearance is the deprivation of liberty by agents of the State, by violating human rights. Before establishment of United Nations, the practice of enforced disappearance was considered as an offence to human dignity, and now, such a violation has been the subject of criminal liability. However, the mistranslated 'democracy' and move against 'terrorism' have been misleading sensation of enforced disappearance towards existence of distorted State power.
