Abstract

To improve the continuity of the accomplishment of an activity can be possible through the reduction of interruptions during the development of the activity itself, allowing to finish a task in a shorter time; an example of interruption occurs when a user initiates an activity on a device and decides to continue working on it on a different machine and faces additional steps that must be performed to obtain the updated information on the desired device. The disruptions can be found in several domains as in the previous example that refers to work developed through multi-devices or in Groupware (SG) systems. This document shows a proposal for a model that incorporates the continuity attribute in the Groupware Systems (SG) development process, that is, systems that allow users to carry out Collaborative Activities (AC) through different mobile devices with the lowest number of possible interruptions, so that the user does not feel frustrated with the implication of excessive additional steps and refuses the process of transferring his AC to another device.
