Abstract

The article examines the conceptual support of the management mechanism of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex. It is proved that the conceptual guidelines of the mechanism of management of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex should take into account the principles of the strategy of its sustainable development. It is substantiated that the basic mechanism in the management system of the agro-industrial complex is an interconnected set of tools used by business entities in the process of solving certain tasks under the management's influence on the object, with the planned result. The structural and functional aspect of the management mechanism of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex is studied. A typical scheme of the management system in the agro-industrial complex has been developed. The peculiarities and specifics of the mechanism of management of the integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex are clarified.
 The secondary role of infrastructure in the system of social reproduction, on the one hand, and the need for its modern accelerated development, on the other, determine the main contradictions of the management mechanism of integrated infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex. -industrial policy in the context of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the imbalance of the reproductive structure of the complex, the underdevelopment of major industries and segments of the agro-industrial complex of the country. It is substantiated that development management in the agro-industrial complex covers normative, legal, organizational, structural, functional, production, investment, innovation, economic, social and environmental aspects. The priority of the agro-industrial development management system in the context of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the aggressive policy of the external environment is to ensure sustainable socio-economic growth, increase socio-economic standards and ensure food security.
