Abstract

Recently, foresight activity becomes more important. Corporate foresight focuses on corporate or organizational level foresight activities. As the companies recognize the importance of corporate foresight activities, lots of companies try to do foresight activities. However, there are many problems in the current corporate foresight; lack of the methodological groundings, lack of continuity, low level of diffusion of results, poor integration of foresight activities, and etc. To overcome such problems, academics and practitioners introduce frameworks and methodologies. This article also suggests 'funnel-shaped trend analysis methodology' and 'trend analysis system' to overcome such problems.
