Abstract

The article outlines the content of definitions «pedagogical technology» and «integrative technology». It draws our attention to the fact that developed technology has the following aspects: 1) practical flexibility and mobility; 2) assessment and correction of the training’s results; 3) the implication of «technology in technology» which was сreated due to the basis of generalized structure determined by the scientists: 1) the conceptual framework; 2) an informative part that covers the statement of goals for achieving results; the content of educational material; 3) procedural part (organization of the educational process in accordance with the objectives, methods, forms of training, management of the educational process, final evaluation of the results). The practical implementation of the integration technology was to identify the organic connections between natural and professional disciplines.We maintained the system of organizational and pedagogical activities in four areas: 1) the integration of educational disciplines content; 2) organizational integration; 3) methodical integration; 4) practical integration. The conceptual methodological basis of pedagogical technology was defined and described. It is determined that technology is based on the humanistic educational concept, which is the basis of the personally oriented educational paradigm; the concept of continuous education, which serves as a condition for the comprehensive development of the personality of the future specialist, the enrichment of its creative potential and capabilities, the implementation of abilities, the attainment of competence; the theory of the unity of students’ motivation and educational activity; the theory of goal formation and the theory of heuristic learning, the practical realisation lies in the usage of problematic and creative approaches. It was emphasized that in the process of mastering natural sciences, the powerful means of motivation to the process of future professional activity training and cognitive activity realization is professional orientation of studied disciplines.
