Abstract
Localization and removal of surface wastewater from the territory of a modern residential complex in the absence of a centralized sewage system is a difficult task that requires a comprehensive approach to environmental management of stormwater.
 On the example of the territory of ‘Zelenaya Gavan’ projected complex in Minsk region a principal opportunity is grounded and recommendations on treated surface wastewater disposal using atypical solutions, including filtering multifunctional
 elements of landscape design (landscape pond), filtering closed (underground filtration fields) tank designed for accumulation and further filtration of water into the ground, and then into the watercourse as a receiver of the entire
 volume of surface runoff taking into account the hydrological and hydrogeological features of the territory are developed.
