Abstract
A multiple-model approach to description of space and ground based date monitoring information systems (IS) functioning processes is presented. Moreover these systems investigate in conditions when their parameters and structures changeability by objective (subjective) external (internal) reasons. The processes considered in this paper were qualified as control processes of IS structure dynamics. Previously developed concept of active moving object (AMO) was used to form an informal and set-theory-based statement of control problems.

Задано множество допустимых (исходя из содержательной постановки каждой конкретной задачи управления структурной динамикой ИС НКМ) операций отображения указанных выше ДАМГ друг на друга: Mt . Графическая интерпретация рассматриваемых задач управления структурной динамикой ИС НКМ в этом случае сводится к поиску такого многоструктурного состояния Sδ* ∈ {S1,S2,..., SK∆ } и такой последовательности (композиции) выполнения операций отображения вида (10) во времени. В работах [6, 14,15,16, 29, 31,32,33] представлены полученные к настоящему времени основные результаты решения задач управления структурной динамикой СОТС, которые были перечислены на рис.
