Abstract

On the basis of theoretical analysis and synthesis of the literature, documentary materials, systems analysis, and comparison, expert evaluation determined the theoretical and methodological principles of designing entertainment and recreational activities of various groups. Presented by the overall structure of the project activity, which consists of the elements: goals and objectives, eligibility criteria, guidelines, steps, components, conditions, forms of implementation, the expected results. The presented technology of designing recreational activities, will enable improved engaging people in active recreation and fitness classes.
