This study aims to identify the concepts of e-learning model factors and the hypotheses links among them. The primary purpose is to develop an educated theoretical e-learning model from the use of Moodle as one of the e-learning systems. This model shows a significant effect and positively work in the suggested hypotheses and factors used through the combined work of official attending classes with an online way of communication. The problem here is the complexity of linking elements. Therefore, this paper overcomes this difficulty and speed up the complete e-learning process in a different manner. For this study, 21 constructed items of the educational survey given to Al-Buraimi College undergraduates in Oman. The finding reveals the positive acceptance of teacher experience factor as a cheerful effect moderator in any e-learning model use.
